The Hawaii Chapter of InfraGard will be holding a public meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 31, 2001.  The meeting will be held at the HEI Training Facility, located on the 8th floor of the Pacific Tower, 1001 Bishop Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.  The meeting is open to anyone who would like to attend.  Please feel free to forward this invitation to those you believe may be interested.

Our guest speaker will be Chris Young, Deputy Attorney General, State of Hawaii.  Mr. Young will discuss the new Hawaii Revised Statutes regarding computer crimes.  Additionally, we will cover the following items during the meeting:

    - Formalization of chapter structure through bylaws and articles of incorporation.

    - Announcement of schedule for future meetings.

    - Distribution of free admission tickets to Hawaii ITEC (September 19-20, 2001).
