It would greatly help our planning for ITEC process if you could give us the answers to these questions.

Are you going to be present for all of ITEC?  Should we list you as being in the booth at any times?  Are you going to be bringing the open source banner with you, or should we coordinate to have someone else get it from where ever it currently is?  

Do you have a packet of information about our booth at ITEC?  Have you already collected any money for the booth?  If so, how much?  Did you make arrangements for any sponsors?  Did you already contact open source companies about getting cd's to hand out?  If so, which ones do you have already?  

We don't want to recontact anyone you have already contacted or duplicate your efforts.  At the same time, we don't want to leave something not done!
