I am looking for someone who would be willing to help me build a site.  I am looking for someone with database (mysql, postgress, etc) and web programming (perl, php, etc) knowledge.  I have looked at several apps, (like PHPnuke) and none of them do exactly what I want to do.  I am putting together a messageboard type site for no budget film makers to get together and collaborate.  I know I want to use opensource as much as possible.  Anyone want to help?
