<P>Then start X window (startx) and issue the following command in a terminal

window:

<P>seyon -modems /dev/modem

<P>Does seyon say that the modem is available? If so issue the command:

<P>Do you get an OK back from the modem?

<P>If you get this far then you will have to set up a chat script dial

your ISP and pap-secrets file complete the login.
