[LUAU] 2nd half of HIG power outage

Okie dokie...

I'm hoping this coming saturday (all day) is going to be the last HIG power
outage for a while....last week was to swing over the heavy power cables
feeding the building and this week is to finish installation of the new
transformer, recable and integrate it all into the UH power grid.

Thusly, this is a while day outage and the mirror site may not be back
until sunday once the power is stable and the wave forms have settled down.
