[LUAU] Notice of power outages in HIG which means the mirror site has to be shutdown and unplugged

1.  First outage - Saturday, 11/25/17, from 7:00am - 1:00pm

2.  Second outage - Saturday, 1/13/18, from 7:00am - 5:00pm

The plan is to shutdown the evening before and wait until the power is back
and stable to bring the mirror back up.

Please plan accordingly. The gist is that when we had that major power
outage about 8 months ago, the transformer feeding HIG blew up. The new
transformer has finally been manufactured (transformers are custom built)
and the contractor needs two days to install the new transformer and to
swap over the cables feeding the building.
