[LUAU] FYI mirror site is going to have a bump tomrorow around 5am HST

The upstream router is being replaced tomorrow at 5am HST or thereabouts...
seems when the transformers blew up in the building a month or so ago, the
Juniper spare was WAY under powered. The new one should hopefully solve our
download slowness some of you have been reporting lately.

The downtime should be fairly short...
