[LUAU] VLAN move is done

Ok folks:
The mirror is back and I've asked some folks to confirm the IPv6 side is
also operational.

The link should be faster now that we're on a gigabit link directly on a
switch on the 10gig backbone.

At this point moving to 10gig isn't worth the effort since the current
server can't keep up with a 10gig interface. Hopefully as I manage to get
more donations, I can accumulate enough bucks to get a server that could
utilize 10gig and upgrade the system.

So far I've only had one donation.
