[LUAU] RR SMTP should resolve with OpenDNS

Al,

The dead cable was inter island and has been fixed for a while.  The DNS and other issues were resolved in the early hours this morning by fixing misbehaving or misapplied route filters.

I think there is some bigger issue.  For 2 days now I have lost a DNS
server feed from the mainland off and on and its a Net Enterprise line
with Hawaii Telcom. But if I recall RR and Oceanic have a dead ocean
cable and they were using other Pacific services temporarily.
