[LUAU] Shubbery's TACACS+

Has anyone tried using Shubbery's TACACS+ daemon to centralize
authentication with networking devices? I can at least tell you it compiles
cleanly on Linux. It is based on Cisco's TACACS+ code and may be the best
route if you have to avoid buying a commercially supported product such as
Cisco ACS.
