Aloha Ron,

Given the atmosphere, do you think a tele-conference is a good idea as many
things get lost without face-to-face interactions?

May I suggest an open meeting where members are invited?  I've been on
boards where meetings are open to the public, but the public is NOT invited
to speak, unless called upon by the chair.  It would create a feeling that
there is disclosure and accountability and any interested party can attend
to witness for themselves.

I would be happy to attend and if it is open to members only, please let me
know where/how to sign up and where to send the money.
