Given that Bill Gates seems to have close financial connections with
the Saud-funded consortium that has announced its intention to buy up
SCO, pump $100M into it, and continue its legal battles against Linux,
Unix, and open source, I'd say not.

Microsoft's past "open source" licenses have on examination proved to
be anything but open.

They typically boil down to "sign a whole lot of papers and we'll let
you see our code, and then ha-ha, you're tainted and we'll sue the
pants off you if you release any open source code vaguely related to
what we've opened up."
