Subscribe to this URL in Google Calendar:
webcal://www.hosef.org/civicspace/event/ical/all/all

I just tested it out and it works nicely.

Another alternative is to subscribe to the HOSEF-Announce mailing list:
http://lists.hosef.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/hosef-announce
