I don't understand how you could interpret what Wayne said and make such a 
response.  Seems to me, all he was doing is stating the obvious.  He has a 
knack for doing that.  No offence, Wayne.

Nor should it be restricted to "business choice" either.  I would hope 
that "all choices" made by anyone don't trample on other people's rights. 
Of course, how we got to this topic from Wayne's qoute above, I have no 
idea.
