This came to us from our friend John Weathersby at the OSSI.  Given the 
preponderance of military installations in Hawaii, the following should 
be of interest to us:


The U.S. Department of Defense just released their strategic roadmap for 
open source (Open Technology) development and adoption.  It's call the 
Open Technology Development (OTD) roadmap.
