If you are interested, you'll need to:
 1) Get an account with CAcert.org (free reg)
 2) Bring two forms of _government_ issued ID _with_ _photos_.  For
example, Military ID, State ID, Drivers License, Passport.
 3) Print and bring 10 WOT forms: https://www.cacert.org/docs/CAP.pdf
