In the 1920s, there were party/gambling boats beyond the 3-mile limit.  Now here's a new twist on that idea: put
talented programmers from other countries all aboard a cruise ship just 3 miles out, so customers can be ferried
out to work with them.

Even before I reached the end of the article, I had the "I smell a reality show" thought.


Looks to me like it could go one of two ways, "slave galley" or "pirate utopia".
