[LUAU] Administrivia: mail aliases on videl

The mailing aliases on videl that were added to ease the transition of
the list server from videl have now been set to bounce with a message
that references lists.hosef.org. I suspect Warren will have videl
reinstalled by end of summer.

The lists affected are:
  hosef-announce
  hosef-managers
  luau
  monmotha-announce
  monmotha-discuss
  monmotha-devel

If you have not updated your addressbooks to use the @lists.hosef.org
addresses, then you will get a "friendly" reminder to do so when you
use the old list addresses. :)
