Agree with the CPU problem, we have two 280R on site and one at the test lab, 
the problem we had was random reboots and crashes every other day, sun ship 
out new CPUs and had acknowledge the quality issue on 280R line of products, 
but one of the server on site and the lab system still reboots/crash once a 
week, then the motherboard die on one of them a month later. We fixed the 
problem by pulling it out and drop in a 240 if I remember correctly.  That 
was over a year ago, hopefully the quality is better by now.
