   Thanks it works now.  I posted my page but I couldn't get 
footnotes to work.  Getting monospaced fonts markup to work 
also eluded me.  Lastly the Wiki instructions talk about the 
question mark after the link but it always appears before 
the link. Although obviously at this point there shouldn't 
be any question marks.
Overall using wiki was a remarkably simple and efficient 
experience.
