Have you taken a look at red hat's interchange?
You can code in GoLive or Dreamweaver but you really don't need to.  It has
its own built in TAG Language that's not too difficult to understand once
you get a little time under your belt with it.

Hello all,

I will soon have a project building an online shoppingmall and I need a
shoppingcart that would either integrate into Golive or Dreamweaver (no
frontpage please). The language the shoppingcart runs on can either be in
PHP or Perl on a Unix/Linux system. It has to be configurable to implement
shipping calculation of sales tax, etc.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
