Hi all,

Can someone please tell me what entity or person
requested this study?  You probably already know that
Open Source software is in use to a limited extent in
some of the state agencies and since I'm now the
webmaster for the Taxation department, I'm
investigating its use in our dept for inter/intranet
sites.
