It seems to me that the focus of these schools are certification
courses. I do not have current prices, but a week long CCNA
bootcamp used to run around $2500.

Would these schools be able to create profitable programs while
keeping fees low enough to attract students?

Where in the university system? I am still discouraged by
the lack of sys admin classes offered at universities. A few
universities are starting to offer sys admin classes, but they
are few and far between.
