[luau] dhcpd.conf setup

I'm trying to set up dhcpd on my RH7.3 machine, but to no avail, and I'm 
not comprehending what I'm doing wrong.

Mostly it seems that I've set the /etc/dhcpd.conf file up wrong, as I 
keep getting the following error:

No subnet declaration for eth0 (128.171.79.216).
Please write a subnet declaration in your dhcpd.conf file for the
network segment to which interface eth0 is attached.
exiting.
                                                            [FAILED]
***

I've been trying to decipher redhat's customization guide stuff, but 
it's not working.  Any useful hints, reccommendations, advice, etc?
