[luau] McKinley HOSEF work

Hi all,

I just got back Friday afternoon, unpacked and passed out. I'll need a few
days to clean things up and assess the labs in more detail.

For now, I know there is still some work and troubleshooting to be done.
I'll post within the next few days about things.

We will be at PB today.  Michael is not back from his trip, yet, so we
will do some work at PB.

We will be making installation images, memtesting machines, putting
distros on machines, and chances are someone will want to know about
Samba, so we will demo that.
