[luau] What's the deal with SCO Unix?

I'm curious to hear what the group thinks.  To me their ploy to charge for
Linux sounds desperate, not to mention absurdly bogus.
my bogometer went off the scale when i read their latest press release:
"SCO Registers UNIX(R) Copyrights and Offers UNIX License"

sounds like they're on the verge of bankruptcy to be trying to pull this. 
either that or Microsoft has silently become a majority shareholder.
