Yes, Dell has very poor documentation.  If you call them up and get transferred 
enough times (do NOT tell them you're running Linux or they'll hang up on you), 
you may be able to find someone who knows the timings for your monitor.

However, just try generic LCD with the right res.  Most LCDs run at similar timings.
