[luau] HELP: 802.11b with Zaurus

I have a Zaurus SL5500, I hope someone can help me with the wireless problem.
It's on Sharp ROM 2.38 now, has been on OpenZaurus 3.0(didn't work either), 
NIC is Linksys WCF11 (Compatflash wireless card)
64MB of RAM

I can't get it to connect to the Linksys WAP11 AP as open system or WEP,  
either with Linksys WCF11 or Netgear MA701 card, but I can get it to work 
with ad-hoc mode (128bit WEP) to my laptop, Kismet works find also, I can 
pickup a few AP around my area.  I checked/edit /etc/pcmcia/wlan-ng.opts, 
config, wireless.opts and /etc/sq_wlancfg.conf, none of it helps. The 
interface came up with out a problem, I can ping it, but it gave me 
"p80211knetdev_hard_start_xmit: Tx attempt prior to association, frame 
dropped" when ping outside of it's interface, this didn't happen when it's in 
Ad-hoc mode.  Below are captures from dmesg.
