Perhaps off topic, but you can setup a domain name to link to your dynamic
IP Address. This free service is offered by http://www.no-ip.com/ at no
charge. You just need to run a small program that lets the DNS server for
no-ip when your IP Address has changed. Its runs on Linux, Windows and Mac.
