[luau] linuxconf issue

Aloha all,
  I am building a test lab using Red Hat 7.2.  I need to enable a
modules file using linuxconf.  The issue is that I can not find the
linuxconf file.  I have done some research and have found the default to
be located at /sbin/linuxconf.  Do I need to install a package or
something to get linuxconf installed....  I feel so lost :| ... HELP :)
