[luau] Fuji FinePix 1300

Mine has the ability to be run as a still camera or as a web camera,
basically just using the USB cable to bypass the smart media and  go
directly to hard drive, and to have the computer operate its settings,
turn it on/off, etc.

BTW, I got the MrFlash brand generic smart media online last christmas,
got 128M for $43, much cheaper than the $399 Fuji wanted.
