[luau] List Policy

If you know this, how come you immediately pounce on someone for 
"spamming" when it's obvious in the first place that they are not Linux 
users?
I do know I dropped Oceanic Road Runner in favor of Oceanic Earthlink 
for the very reason that the "SMTP" server was stalling out and we were 
having difficulty sending outbound mail on actually both Linux and Windows.
