[luau] mysql connect problem on xp home

[linux]

I can't seem to get MySQL to work with apache and php on my laptop.  There probably is a simple explanation.  I don't have a problem with the server xp home.

I get this message.

MySQL said: 


Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
