Isn't MID PAC associated with a Public Education FAcility?

Get one of the guys their to sign for the stuff and give a receipt from
the Public Education Facility. UH or whatever they are.

Then theoriticaly they can do whatever with the computer stuff including
help place Linux in private schools.
