[luau] Hat 7.3 / Drake 8.2 / Simplicity

If you already have Samba installed on your linux box, you do not need to
install Samba on your windoze system.  You can map directories from your
windoze machine to your linux box the same way you would to any other
windoze machine.  Here is a website that will provide more information on
configuring/using Samba:
