[luau] [Article] Preinstalled Windows: AARGH! I can't get it

Well, the MS web page doesn't exactly say you can't install another OS or 
remove their OS.

Essentially tries to scare recipients of donated computers into not accepting 
machines that don't have a legal copy of the MS OS it shipped with.

Nothing in a MS EULA that I've read prevents my removing any MS product from 
my computer or putting my computer to some other (non MS) use.
