I haven't ran netconf in a long time, but iirc, it allowed entering base 
address
and irq.  I remember for sure that it allows you to enter module name, and
since it allows that, it seems to me that probably allows module 
parameters ,
too (Atleast those two).

But then again, I haven't used it in a while, so I may be wrong.
