[luau] Unofficial OpenSSH 3.1p1 Packages for Red Hat 7.2

Thanks for all the help Ray, one more question (I hope).  Am I supposed to
use the rpm -Uvh first on the other rpm packages that are within the path
you specified?  I noticed that there is an askpass, clients, server.
