Well, i'm not _sure_, because i don't know Perl, but I think it's 
highely likely that there is some sort
of mktime/gmtime/whatever functions.  Most modern languages offer 
something.  I'll figure it out
when I get time..Shouldn't take too long.

Unless someone who knows Perl wants to do it before I can get to it.
