[luau] Apache Remote Exploit on both 32 and 64bit

It was previously thought that Apache on 32bit platforms was vulnerable
only to a DoS attack, but now they have found a way to exploit it.  This
means that all Apache's before this week are remotely exploitable.

Patch your servers, and please help spread the word.  Help for your
friends find vendor supplied patches or to build it themselves.
