[luau] Startup Disk for 7.2

I'd like help at some point, but I'm still on 7.2 as Synchronics 
Counterpoint does not yet support RHat 7.3, or rather the use of unix 
binaries has not yet been outlined for 7.3.  Until then, I think for the 
sake of Price Busters, we'll be on 7.2
