Mandrake wrote this very long guide on using OpenLDAP based authentication.
It covers just about every step in setup, NSS, PAM and Samba and securing
it.  Tons of links to more information too.

This is perhaps the best guide that I've found yet.  Does anyone else know
of other good guides and resources?  (No, the openldap.org site sucks.)
