[luau] vfat partition problem

I am having a problem with one of my vfat partitions in Mandrake 8.2.
Partition #1 is /mnt/win_c and partition #2 is /mnt/w98bk. Here is the
contents of my fstab file for these partitions:

/dev/hda1 /mnt/win_c vfat iocharset=iso8859-1,umask=0,codepage=850 0 0
/dev/hdb1 /mnt/w98bk vfat iocharset=iso8859-1,umask=0,codepage=850 0 0

/mnt/win_c is readable & writeable, For some reason /mnt/w98bk is
mounted as read only. Is there somewhere else that I should be checking?
