[luau] TOOL: MySQL Control Center

Yup....the UK Linux magazine had LOTS of very nice things to say about
it....the only caution they gave was to protect it from web crawlers since
some of the buttons can be used to drop entire tables out of your
database....don't want that happening because some goofus just happened upon
it via an accidental google search.
