[luau] Configuring Router

Dan,

	I apologize for the delay in replying. I set mine up like this:

Inet <->  Linux Router/firewall <-> hub <----|------>  Sparc 20
					|----->   Dual CPU Linux box
					|
					|--- > wireless router <---|---> iMac
								|
								|--> Windoze Game Box

I'm quite sure there are other/better ways to do this, but it is what I came
up with for my home situation. The good news is, I didn't have to drill
any holes or string any cable other than behind a desk on the floor. (since I
am renting that was a big deal to me...)

	I'm not sure what type of setup you are striving for, but you could easily
drop in a few more net cards on the internal side and subnet your private
address space. From there you could place your server on one subnet, and
workstations on the other. You could also use two router/firewalls and place
your server in the DMZ between the two routers. You may also be able to
replace the hub in my diagram with the linksys router in your setup to make
your LAN a little more efficient if the traffic count is high.

	There are plenty more qualified network engineers on the list than me, so if
this isn't what you need, post another question to the list and see what
comes back.

Good luck,

Ben
