[luau] Non-Profit Group registration

Period.  End of discussion.  I incorporated a business in Georgia years ago 
that I still file 940s, 941s, my 1120s and state documents whether I do 
business or not.  I will take care of documenting for all of us what we must 
do.  I have a few more years on the island before my wife is relocated, so I 
can tend to the duties.  I have a second phone line at my home that I thought 
I would use as a dedicated line for the group.

I am in Georgia to be with an ailing Grandmother for a bit longer, but, if 
the monitors can wait, Dusty, we will get you a non-profit to to give them to.
