Yes Mandrake can, but the receiving PC has to have a certain amount of
RAM (I think 64megs) for caching I presume.

For this beta you must download the ISO images.  With Red Hat you can
burn
these to CD's and boot it, or do a floppy boot and install from the ISO
over
a network.  Unfortunately I don't think Mandrake can do a network ISO
install like Red Hat, but I could be wrong.  So I think you must burn
the
CD's.
