[luau] Fixing Broken PS/2 Ports

I know you guys are taking donated computers for the LTSP project.

Often, donated and old systems have PS/2 ports, so I wrote a wiki to on 
how to correct this common problem.  The same procedure can usually be 
used to fix 5pin AT keyboard sockets (on AT motherboards).
