Just about any old scsi cd-rom will work in there.  Just open the case,
plug in the cdrom to one of the scsi ribbon cables boot cdrom, do your
install, remove teh cd-rom, close teh case and your done.

or you could simple dd one of the boot.net floppies to your swap partition
and boot off that partition.  This way requires you to have a bootable os
to start.
