VMware Question Looking for candidate.

I have been working on this bad boy for two days and I am very frustrated.
If anyone would be interested in helping me figure it out I would bring the
computer to your place get your help and pay for pizza and drinks.  Any
takers?  Please don't reply if you haven't got a clue.  I am clueless enough
